With a background in graphic design and advertising, Millie started her journey as a tattoo artist in Singapore in 2013. After an intensive apprenticeship under the mentorship of Kirby, one of the pioneers of the tattooing industry in Singapore, she began to establish her art style in San Francisco as blackwork focused with a distinct style in black and gray. She prides herself on attention to details and clean, fine line work. Her focus is on collaborating closely with clients to interpret their ideas, thoughts and personalities into her designs, feeding the little designer in her. All tattoo designs are highly personal and customized specifically for individual clients and are never replicated.

She is located at UNDRGRND, which she established in 2018. UNDRGRND is located in Bernal Heights in San Francisco.

$600 / hr (with a minimum of $600)

$200 for small / 1-session pieces
$600 for large / multiple-session pieces

Deposits are placed during consultation

Terms of payment: Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Card(3% fee)

Deposits made will apply towards the final session your tattoo.
